Our tropical home with beautiful ocean views and mature fruit trees is a perfect for your new home in St. Croix. Perched on a hill overlooking spectacular views of Buck Island. You will find a comfortable and quiet environment to live. With furnishings (or unfurnished) in the 2 bedroom 2 bath house, you will feel right at home. New energy efficient air conditioners in bedrooms and new appliances in kitchen. PLUS the guest house which is 1 bedroom 1 bath.
Located in Cotton Valley (East End) east of Ziggy's store/gas station. Turn at fire station and go up the hill to property.
Owner will rent the houses for $2195.00. Deposit is one months rent.
Dogs on a case-by-case basis. Dog deposit is $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable.
