I am looking for a 1 bedroom/1 bath East End guest house or apartment to rent long term starting in July of this year. Needs to be clean and healthy and not musty due to allergies. Back-up power and washer/dry facilities a huge plus!!! A quiet and peaceful setting is ideal. I am an employed, mature adult with no pets or children. If you have something like this or know of such an opportunity, please let me know!! Thank you.
