Hello:
I have two, two bedroom one bath side by side duplexes going up for rent the beginning of April. Located 5 minutes from Red Hook in Nadir on 1/4 acre of property.
Beautiful ocean view and great view of the horse track. Gentle breezes is all that is needed for cooling ,so low utility bills...there is no AC. Looking for someone who will be willing to help out with the property for a discount on the rent. 1200.00 per month with first and last months rent plus security deposit required.

only one red hook in the usvi and that is in stt

The ad will come out in the VI Daily News within a few days so if your at all interested please email asap as I woud hate any of you wonderful people on this board or your friends and relatives to miss out as you have all helped me so much with me deciding to live in St Thomas and have given me so many great pieces of advice.
