I will not be responsible for renting the Easterly Apartment to any one, the owner was told that the apartment has heavy mold, it so bad that when you go in the apartment your skin start to itch. He was told to get professional cleaners to deal with that heavy mold build up but he just want to rent the property just like it is with that heavy mold, and will not be responsible for no one health like that.

Also a trap... the windows, all the sliding doors have padlocked bars on teh outside, and you don't get keys for them... my stay lasted one month... not safe.

We have taken the Easterly apartments off of our listing due too heavy mold build up and the owner wish soap water and a rag to kill the mold.
