Where is this place at? Never seen this apartment complex, been on this island for years and never seen it. I'm interested in renting long term. Can you have more than one car? Some places frown on that (St.Sea) if your single. [email protected], send me an email when I could check it out.

Peter's Farm Condominium has been here since 1985-86 and is one of St Croix's little secrets. Also PFC is an Association and all units are individualy owned. We are in C'sted. but seperated from town. As of this date we are quiet and Crime Free! During the construction of the new "by-pass" our access has been limited however when they finish paving it will be a lot easier from several directions.
Directions:
From the police station coming from Golden Rock area go past the light heading toward C'sted past the "Jiffy Mart" on the left, then take the first right up the hill. Sign says "Road Closed". When you reach the top of the hill take a left and the Condo complex is on your right. Lower building Unit#10 2nd floor with "For Rent" sign on bars. If you pull up my web site(www.flowersofthevirginislands.com click on "One Bedroom Condo for Rent" you can see that there is plenty of parking!

SORRY! Outdoor cat is OK, but no dogs due to Condo Association By-Laws.
