We have 2 fully furnished, air-conditioned, efficiency apartments available for either short term or long term rental. Both units are in a small complex, just 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, in a great residential neighborhood, convenient to mid-island and the beaches! Equipped with house wares and move in ready. Laundry room in the building and plenty of convenient parking. Great neighbors, too!!
FREE satellite TV, wireless Internet and pest control!
Rental rates are flexible, depending on length of stay. Our most popular rental term is for 3 months, @ $650 per month, plus electricity and water (already on, so no electric deposit or connect fee). First month and $500 security deposit to move in.
We have other apartments in the same area, so please let me know when you need a place, how long, how many people, what size apartment and budget range. Pet friendly, with a few exceptions, so please be sure to let us know about your furry kids!:)

We can accept credit cards, via PayPal and we'll even pick you up at the airport, (depending on arrival and schedule permitting).

Efficiency still available. Substantial discount for longer term. We are very flexible, so just let us know what you are looking for in terms of length of stay, rental rate and amenities.
