We have two efficiencies for rent starting 1 July 2012. $650 per month for six months or longer.

Cool tile floors make clean up a breeze after a trip to one of our gorgeous beaches.
Clothes line to add a fresh Ocean Breeze scent to your laundry.
There is plenty of parking.
Dish Satellite TV, wireless Internet, garbage pick up on site and pest control.
Onsite 24 hour maintenance.
Shared laundry facilities are located on the premises.
The electric and water are additional, but we keep it in our name. No extra deposit/connect fee for you. Move right in!!
Pets considered.
Terms are flexible for six month lease or longer.
