We have a nice little efficiency located mid island. The rent is $675 and includes 220 channels of satellite TV, wireless internet, trash on site, laundry room on site, managers on site ... electric and water are separate, but paid to us when the bill arrives.

We have off street parking - we're sort of secluded, quiet, safe ...
