Looking for a nice 2 bedroom pet friendly rental on STX for $1000 or less (will consider higher if utilities are included). Prefer to be near C'sted but will consider anywhere on the island. I am a clean, neat, and quiet professional who will likely be occupying the unit alone most of the time, but need the extra space as my g/f, her daughter and small pet are planning an extended summer visit and may ultimately move here. Solid employment and references available.
