I would like to see if there is any interest/need for a reliable couple to provide estate caretaking, maintenance, etc. I am a design professional with 20+ years experience in the design/fabrication business and have schooling in architecture& industrial design and worked high end construction for a bit. I can do fairly advanced remodeling: plumbing, electrical, framing & drywall, tile, painting & Faux finishes and of course custom interior/furnishings design & specifications, as well as, build some furnishings. My wife is a fantastic party planner and can fabricate custom centerpieces and specialties for parties, weddings and the like. She is also a fabulous cook/baker.
We currently live in Colorado and have been to STX 4x since 2001. We stay with the Carringtons when on island and have stayed in touch with them. We are selling our home here and need/want to do something new. We are open to opportunities would consider anything you might have. Thoughts?

good luck. usually you have to be here a while and develop a history. People come, people go. Your best bet is come down for an extended visit and network, see what's available for work and find your niche.
