Joy: Why don't you post the name of the condo? When you say "adjacent to" or "near", it is really hard for a reader to understand where the place is. This one looks like it is the Anchorage. That is a lot easier to sort out, at least for me. 😉

I would also think posting the rate would help serious lookers. It's also nice for us window shoppers! lol
