Very nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. 5 minutes east of C'sted.

Several people have asked for pictures. I will take some today and post tomorrow.
More details:
Private two car parking.
Paved pathway to a private porch entrance.
Enters into a living room space with nice windows with views east of mountains.
Main living area is living, kitchen dining combined. Bathroom separates the living
area from the bedroom which has sliding glass doors to a private patio that is covered and
also faces east with views of mountains.
Lots of breeze in this location, very comfortable living.
The pool is shared with the property owners who live upstairs.
Quiet, cute neighborhood, just east of the Buccaneer and just west of Cheeseburgers/Southgate area.

Just posted the pics below. Place is ready to rent immediatly.
The landlord has expressed a definite preference to rent this to a single individual as opposed to a couple, but I'd still call if I was a couple and see if they might reconsider. (After a week or so they might).
They prefer no pets.
The contact number for the landlord , who lives on site and can arrange pre-views... is 718-7926. Ask for Bob. Tell him you saw it on the moving center. 🙂
I'll continue to reply to questions... but I do not have or know of any other rentals... I'm not in the business.... I can comment on this rental only because I know the landlord and the previous renter. Best of luck in your search.!
