Fitness equipment wanted

I'm looking to buy the following:

Olympic weight bar (Standard bar accepts plates with 2" holes and weighs 45#)
Rubber composition weight plates (any weight)
Dumbells (15# to 65#, in pairs)
Squat rack
Concept II rower
Kettlebells (any weight)
Medicine ball (10# and 20#)
Abmat (name brand is Abmat)

All of this is easily accessible in the states but shipping for most of it is obscene. I'd rather buy used from someone already here who no longer has a use for it.

I can pick up on STT or STJ.
