what progress have you made in leasing this property? I am looking for a long term lease as I am soon to be full time resident of STT

My place is on St. Croix, so if you are moving to STT, I don't think it will work out for you. Thank you though. I have had a couple of one week rentals, but it is available as a long term rental or for sale. Val

New long-term rental rate $1400/mo + utilities. This is a great price, my home is fully furnished with all new stainless steal appliances and washer/dryer in unit. Questa Verde is centrally located on the island, is a gated community with a pool and backup generator. Call me 340-244-8277 if interested.
