Yes "Linda J", you are right. The property has a commanding view and is very safe and secluded. There are no more ridgetops available on East End STX. "Jewelygirl", hard to put a price on 18 years of creative efforts, it is an amazing property, a similar one on St. John would probably cost around 900K.
