I have a commercial sink in a restaurant. It's stainless steel and has three separate sinks and plumbed for two sets of faucets. It's pretty grimy now but would clean up nicely. There is no rust and it is in good shape. I estimate it's about 6 or 7 feet long. You won't have to disassemble but you will have to send two strong men to pick it up.
