Hi Everyone,
I have a couple of very large two bedroom, two bath apartments available.

Nice, convenient neighborhood, 3 miles west of Christiansted

Here's the free rent deal!
March, 2009 is free! You do pay your electric and water. (It's already on, so no WAPA hassle or deposit and connect fee.)
$1295 per month, plus electric and water, starting April 1, 09.
Last month and one month security deposit paid up front.
9 month lease. Other lease terms may be available, with free rent offer adjusted. We can talk about it.

I may have other apartments available, too. The free rent offer is ONLY on the two bedroom units.

I still have a two bedroom apartment available, on St. Croix, with the free March offer.
I also have a couple of smaller units open now, or soon, in the $650-$950 range.

hello,
i will be relocating to stx in the end of june early july of this year, and was interested in renting out one of your 2 bedrooms for a long period of time. i have looked at your site and all seams well, but i wanted to know if you allow children, as i have a 16 month old who will be relocating with me. please let me know.
