Hello!
I was looking at your post and think this is an awesome property/opportunity. I have a few questions please:
1. Is there security around the apt? If not, do you consider this area a safe residence?
2. Is there easily accessible public transportation to and from Red Hook? Possibly have a job opportunity there and will not have a vehicle.
3. Are you all right with two people living in the apt?
4. What utilities are included if any?
5. Can the lease be month to month or do you require a specific commitment?
