Fully and completely furnished apt. (normally used as a vacation rental) is located on cool north-side overlooking Dorothea Beach,
Inner and Outer Brass Islands. Have availability between now and June 3rd. Weekly Rates or Monthly Rate available for longer PMV's.
Rate includes all utilities: BBVI High Speed Internet, DISH TV, Water, Electricity, Yard Maintenance, use of Laundry Facility, Terminix comes every other month. Generator on premises that provides power in event of outages. Safe, quiet location with its own driveway
for off road parking and separate entrance and decks.
$110 per night/$770.00 per week. 4 night min. stay.
Monthly rate is $1600.00 for 30 nights. Sorry no pets.
2 Person Max.

You do need a car.
