Hello,
We have a small apartment for Rent, fully furnished on the East end of St. Croix.
Great view of the Caribbean and the East end of Buck Island.
Includes all furnishings, internet, dish and Electric over $50.00. Our last tenant never had to pay electric as we have solar and the bills were never near that amount.
Will be available April 1st. $800/month
Pets (negotiable) - yard is fenced in.

Technically, that is a Studio apartment, not a one bedroom. Everything in one room.

Yes, but craigslist automatically populates (1br) in the description and I only checked the box so people understood that it wasn't anything bigger. Also based on the pics, it's pretty clear what it is.
Plus it was never mentioned here as a 1 br.
