Can you provide additional details such as rent amount, date available, etc.? Is the apartment listed anywhere online?

Hi. Thank you for your reply. The rent is $750 furnished. Available now. It's currently listed on this VI Moving Center. I'm trying to get it on Craig's List. After I fill out an agreement with Blue Sky Realty, It will be available on the MLS. If you would like to see pics please let me know. Hi Sunshine,
Please email me at [email protected] and I will send you pictures. The VI Moving Center said I need to have a website in order to insert pictures. I don't have a website so please email me email me and I'll send the pictures right away. I mentioned it is available now at $750/mo. Please let me know when you might be able to move in and we can move forward.
I am anxious to get it rented. I've done a lot of upgrades to it. Thank you very much!

Hello Kakalee,
I think the units go up to 86 or so.
Unfortunately they do not allow pets. So sorry. But I did see some posts on VI Moving Center that are pet friendly.

I have a 1BR condo (Bay Garden Condos); fully furnished with dishes, cutlery, etc. New screens throughout, AC in BR, flat-screen TV in BR, regular TV in LR, sofa bed in LR, newly upholstered bamboo furniture, great view of Christiansted harbor, newly painted, new backsplash in kitchen.
How soon are you interested? I do not have property on St. Thomas, though.
