Nice masonry house with appliances, including washer dryer avail now on Water Island. Walking distance to ferry dock and HM beach. Furnished with beds, couch, kitchen stuff and basics. Tile thru out. Kitchen and Baths updated 3 yrs ago. Please let me know if you want pics. NIce level yard and private deck with excellant water view.
$1800 per month. WAPA is paid by tenant. I have a friend on island who can show it anytime.
Dogs ok --if friendly.
