Do you have pics of this condo. What would the utilities average on a three bedroom? If this is not rented I am very interested in something with all this one has to offer.

yes, I just took some pictures today. I'm not sure how to send them through this web site. You can e-mail me at [email protected] and I can send them to you via the reply. The utilities are based on WAPA's rate and vary depending on personal usage. This includes water, power and gas and it ranges from $200 to $350 roughly per month.

Hey I just looked at the photos and forwarded to my husband. I love it what is the best way to reach you? I am sure my husband will be wanting to contact you immediately. But between the three of us we are all on different time zones so he is still sleeping in Alaska. But look forward to a call.
