Hello,
I have a furnished studio available for long term lease,on east end of St Thomas. Unit is part of a condo complex,with pool and beach access. It is equipped with AC,TV with DVD,King bed,furniture,full refrigerator,microwave,hot plate, etc. Also has private patio and parking on site.If interested,please PM me. I have a property manager on island who can show the unit at any time. Rent is $800 per month,plus electric.Thanks.
