For Lease: Luxury newly renovated Condo on gorgeous Hay Penny beach in St. Croix has three air-conditioned furnished units available: 2 - large one bedroom units with sea view - $1300+ utilities, and a one-room efficiency studio unit $800 + utilities.
The one-bedroom unit can be combined with the studio unit (separating door between units) to create a two bedroom unit for $2000 + utilities.

Interested in the 1 br condo part of unit. is price flexable at all? Does it have internet acsess, laundry on premisis? I recently moved to Island last week for a travel nursing job and need a 6 month lease to start with a posible extention option. I am not familiar with hay Penny beach, is that mid-island? would like to view pics or in person. Please contact me. I need to find a place to stay by Dec. 12,2008.

asarantou.......Ha Penny is a nice area...........S Shore Rd & mid island, but close to C'sted & Sunny Isle & the hospital.
