GE 220V A/C Wall unit - STX

We have a 1 1/2 year old GE 220 V A/C wall unit for sale on ST. Croix. It's installed at an art studio and was barely used aside from Art Thursdays and the occasional warm summer days. The rest of the time the power was cut off from the electrical box, preventing WAPA's finest to get to it.

The unit kept a 300sq ft cool when it was full of people for Art Thurdsays and runs efficiently without high usage on your WAPA bill.

We bought this one for $700 from Caribbean Cooling - we're asking $400 or best offer.
