General Manager– Gentle Winds Condominium Association, Inc., St. Croix, seeks a highly qualified person for the position of General Manager. This person is responsible for hands-on on-site management and maintenance of nine buildings with 66 condos, office/multi-purpose building, pool, beach, tennis courts, 4 golf holes, R-O water system, sanitation plant, roads, extensive grounds and landscaping. Other responsibilities: include staff supervision; development and administration of capital improvement projects; selection of contractors, vendors and materials; handling payrolls, financial/administrative records. We prefer a person with significant experience in large-scale real property maintenance/management/repairs and demonstrated ability to work well with board, staff, owners and guests.
Starting salary $50K, rent-free furnished 2 bdrm seaview unit, personal healthcare, 401k retirement program, 2 wks vacation
