I've been on STX for 6 years and have enjoyed long term accommodations for the most part, but I am currently looking to relocate. I have an 8 lbs dog which is super-quiet and well behaved. I am a pretty quiet tenant (I work a lot) and home is my refuge.

I am looking for a 1/1 place mid island (nothing in the Sunny Isle area): Morningstar or North Shore ok, and out East to Ms Bea Rd.I am looking for an apartment on the second floor of a building or a guest house. I have all the furniture I need, but am flexible. I hope to pay around $1000/month. Let me know if anything you have comes close to this.

UPDATE: I am no longer looking for a 1 bedroom, now I am looking for a 2 bedroom apartment or house located mid island (nothing in the Sunny Isle area): Morningstar or North Shore ok, and out East to Ms Bea Rd. I do have a small (10 pound) dog who is very quiet and well behaved. Please contact me if you have anything that fits this description.

Thanks!
ian

Perhaps why he is now opting for a bigger place:P

Hahaha! Yeah, he was 8.9 pounds a couple weeks ago at the vet, so I estimate 9-10 pounds now. The pup is a lowriding bush-dog found on Southgate beach a couple months ago. He is likely a retriever and corgi mix. Max expected weight is about 20 pounds.

I am looking for a bigger place because I have a friend who decided to move to STX and we are now looking for a place together.

For those interested more in my pup, see photos... even if you aren't interested in renting to us, he's pretty darn cute!
