How many bathrooms does it have and is it ocean view?

It has one bathroom, one bedroom(12x12) looks like a sunroom with a great ocean view and you can see inner brass and outer brass (small islands), the larger room (aprox 20x12) has a custom made desk between the 2 closets. Its a cozy, furnished apartment with laundry and private parking on a quiet neighborhood. If you want to see pictures send me your email.
