Relocating to STX and looking to rent either someone's guest home or studio apartment for low rent. Willing to pay up to $600/month. Would consider sharing a room in a 2 bedroom house or condo.
Single female, 26 years old. Clean and quiet. Would also trade housekeeping services in exchange for rent money.

There is some flexibility in price for the right tenant. We include EVERYTHING
While shopping for a home, make sure you get the most current WAPA bill. A friend just got a $172 bill for a 550sq ft condo!
