I need a Handyman+Property Manager on STX. Someone that can do the little things like water pump service, basic electrical, plumbing , carpentry and fence work when needed. Position would also collect rents and do required paperwork. Computer knowledge of MS Excel needed for the paperwork end. This is for multiple units.

You should post if this is full time, part time or just for a specified period of time.

The position is a 1099 contract, paid as work is performed, as long as needed. The current person has been on the job for 2 1/2 years.
