Hello...

Needing a large 1br with "extra space" or a 2br apt/Condo or house on St. Thomas for a working professional couple with 7 year old, and a declawed cat.

Will need parking for a Jeep Unlimited Sport 4x4 (we would love enough space to take the hard top off and lay/store it)

We ARE NOT moving to the islands to work... We are moving to LIVE! So we want something resonable... so we dont have to work so much.

We sold our house and are looking to possibly permanently relocate... But we will be on St. Thomas for a 6 month contract at the Hospital starting next month...

We do work, and we need a safe environment for our child since 1/2 the reason we are moving is so she can be free to play and be a child... Outside!

We need high speed internet (for my husbands business).

We need a bedroom door...

And maybe a big porch or a view or a yard... Not everything but something beside buildings to look at... 🙂 Does not need to be waterfront!

Furnished or partially furnished prefered, but not required.

Sufficent not huge... With AC or atleast a breeze! And not a SCAM...

We already experienced a couple interesting landloards, with CRAZY ideas of us sending them money FIRST, sight unseen!

We will be on the Island in 1-2 weeks. 6 month lease only, because we may feel St Croix is a better fit after we have time to experience the islands.

BTW...If bychance there are any sailors reading this. We really want a sailboat as long as it fit our size requirements (2 cabins Aft & V-berth), was suitable, safe and you would owner finance.

We have sufficient funds to pay a down payment. We already got scammed there too... So we would require a survey prior to any funds transfering hands of course!

I am asking for anyones POSITIVE sugestions on where we could look to find something REAL, safe, & sutable... But resonable... On land OR at Sea!!!!!

Help make our caribbean dream a reality!

Please let me know... Any sugestions welcomed!

Can email directly [email protected]
