I am a student trnsfering to the university on STX this fall. i arive on the island August 3rd and am looking for a place that runs about 600 not including utilities. I have been looking for such a place for a few months now but have yet to find anywhere that is available strarting when i get down there. If you know of anything please let me know!

I have two apartments (St. Croix) available both open on Aug. 1rst. One is $475.00 and the other is $575.00 and utilities are included!! Let me know ASAP they're on a first come first serve basis.
