The studio is located in upscale Little Lagrange high up in the rain forest 3 miles due east of downtown Frederiksted with a paved private access road. Have both solar power and a generator for electric backup when WAPA is out, the electric bill is shared with two people living in the upstairs unit. There is a cistern serving both the studio and the upstairs along with backup solar pumped well water. Plenty of parking space and pets are welcome, also laundry and 12mbps WI-Fi internet.
$400 a month (prefer a 1 year lease).

The last tenant was content to split the WAPA bills with his upstairs neighbor but can see how others wouldn't want to so am installing a separate meter for the studio.
