Eric, usually, if a property has ocean view, it says so right up front. Excellent views with great breezes probably means on the top of a hill with island views.

Yes- there are nice seaviews to the south. I will post better photos for your review.

It's a little over 1/2 acre (.58) and does have nice areas for a pool, as well as great sea views to the south.
