Eric, usually, if a property has ocean view, it says so right up front. Excellent views with great breezes probably means on the top of a hill with island views.

It's a little over 1/2 acre (.58) and does have nice areas for a pool, as well as great sea views to the south.

Thanks- yes, that was quite dumb of me- can't believe my schooling failed me so horribly. It's now grown from a 'Bugalow" to a "Cottage"....

This home will be available as an unfurnished rental on December 1st- $1,750/month, 1st, last, security deposit. Must have verifiable references and good credit history.
