I have a 1 bed/1.5 bath loft condo located on the East End at The Reef. It is a gated golf course community with an ocean view, beach, pool, tennis courts, restaurant, deli, furnished and freshly painted. It has new appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. Internet and cable included. No pets or smoking allowed, however. The rent is $1500 plus utilities.
