House exchange STX summer 2010, we have houses in VA and Philly area

Hi, my family and I are looking to exchange homes with someone in St Croix in the summer of 2010, for at least a month. We have two homes you would have access to, one in the Shenandoah Mountains of VA, in a private gated lake community with beaches, country club access, and close to Washington DC, historic Berkeley Springs WV, and more. The home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8 comfortably. Our other home is a carriage house in Doylestown, PA just outside of Philadelphia on a private 13 acre estate, 2 bedrooms.

We have home exchange references, are very clean (we own a cleaning company), and have very flexible schedules. We can send you a link to photos of both homes, and are open to a car exchange so you can get around while in the US. We have 4 children, at least 2 of which will be traveling with us. We are open to a house or condo, at least 2 bedrooms, 3 preferred, MUST have internet access.

We've had a wonderful time exchanging homes with families across the US. We want to retire in STX so we are looking to really experience the island as residents. You can PM me for links to pictures of our homes. Thanks!
