Centrally located on the south side of St. Thomas sitting high up on the hills overlooking Antilles School and the Marriott. Has gas range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. Fenced in yard and will consider pets. Grate view of the Caribbean, you can see STX on a clear day. Looking for long term rental, $1,400.00/month. Separate electric and cistern.
