3 Bdrm/2 Bath house for rent in Estate St. John, 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted. Mostly furnished. Vaulted ceilings, screened lanai, laundry room, storage rooms, plenty of "extras". Dish TV and wireless Internet included. Monthly pest control and lawn care bi-weekly. Large fenced yard and nice sea view. Very convenient location.
Brand new generator!!
Arrangement includes some property management of our 4 unit apartment building.
House would normally rent for about $1600+.
$1200, plus light property management, for the right person. Duties include reading water meters and distributing utility bills to tenants, collecting money from coin laundry machines, keeping laundry room in reasonable condition, communicating with us as needed and calling the appropriate service people, as needed.
The above rate, and duties, are not set in stone. We will be glad to discuss duties/rental amount on an individual basis.
Property management NOT necessary if you would like to just rent at $1600, plus electric, with first, last and $2000 deposit.
