3 Bedroom/3 Bath house in gated Enfield Green on the west side of STX (within minutes of airport and Hovensa). Main house is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with washer/dryer, 2 split ac's,lots of ceiling fans and a one car garage. Main house is about 1500 sq ft not counting the garage/workroom. A large pool separates the main house from the guest house which is a 1 bedroom/1 bath that is fully ac'd,has its own washer dryer, and a small kitchen. The guest house is about 600 sq ft. The house is on a flat, grassy 1/2 acre lot but is not fenced (pool has a white picket fence around it only). It is located on an extremely quiet street. The owner will consider most pets. You can usually hear the ocean from the backyard. There are at least two sandy beach areas within Enfield green. Neighborhood has quite a few speed bumps and is a nice area to ride your bike, walk or jog. Asking $2800 + utilities. Email [email protected] for any other information.

When I click on your name your email address is hidden. I suggest you check your settings. I've seen your posts before and know you are looking for sept. Are you willing to start paying for the unit sooner? I should have it rented by the end of April at the latest. I'm pretty sure it is rented, my husband showed it and they told us they wanted it, but I'm out of town until the second and I do all the paperwork. But until I have a signed contract and money in the bank it's still available. 🙂
