Great, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, house, with pool and view of Christiansted avail immediately.

Couple of things I meant to add; view is sea view of Csted, harbour, there is a washer and dryer, the three bedrooms have; a queen size bed, the other two have double beds. Recent updates, beautiful sun rises.
Look out from the living room over the pool over Chistiansted Harbor, the lights are beautiful at night. Nice breezes also. 2,200. per month

Can you post in the general site as to how you handled your prior tenant problems you wrote about earlier? Successfully? Any tips?

This rental is now avail from now to the end of Dec. 2008. So it is avail for 16 months,
