newly refurbished, nicely decorated, 1250 square foot house on la grande princesse hill, one bedroom, 2 full baths, on 3/4 acre lot (actually 2 legal lots). House is situated on a treed lot and has large roof overhangs and many tall windows that bring the outdoors indoors. 2 sliding doors, and one set french doors each leading to separate outdoor seating areas.

LaGrande Princess Hill? Does it have a good view? If so you should post a pic of that.
