I'm a long time resident with excellent references looking for a safe and quiet house or apartment on St Croix. The west end or north side is preferred. I have an older, gentle doggie so a fenced yard is a huge plus. Needed by April 1st.
I am pretty much an ideal tenant. I am mature, quiet, professional, and responsible. I'll care for your property as though it was my own.
