Large house in Bolongo, end of a dead end road, with large deck and pool, great view, your bedroom has it's own, private bath, LOTS of parking, smokers and pets are welcomed, 2 women could share this, as the last tenants did. Female preferred, but Male accepted. Call 340-690-6219 or PM me for his e-mail addy...

Wow, I'm surprised that no one has sent me a PM on this one...heck, I might just give up my 2 bedroom in Frenchman's Bay and move into this place myself...{hey, that's not a bad idea!!}

He called me this morning to ask why no one has contacted him! Haha! I told him, "Hey, it's the Summer! What do ya expect??" He also mentioned that if the new tenant wants to pay less that the $1K for the big room and private bath, they could take the smaller room for only $800/mo...all inclusive....and he'll move into the big one....maybe I should go take some pics for you all to look at? Lemme know...

Click here for some pics: http://www.flickr.com/photos/arjeje/sets/72157619511883823/ Keep in mind that I took these while he was remodeling/painting/rearranging/etc, so they don't look like it does when it's all put back together...and the Landlord lives downstairs, but he'll not complain if you have friends over for a BBQ on the deck...heck, he'll probably join ya! And...nakedness by the pool is encouraged! Very secluded...not exactly an 'Executives' place...more of a 'regular Joe' kinda place...Again, a woman (or women) would be preferred, but males accepted. Call 340-690-6219.

I`ll build a pool here if I can get naked female tenants too!
Me,I can`t stand naked next to a pool as I`m devoting my body to science...fiction!

OK, I`ll probably get allot of $hit for that,but just having fun!
