Probably stating your price point would be helpful.

I didn't add this to the body but we would prefer a house to a condo.

Thanks for the replies so far.

Finding a house with utilities included might a problem for a lot of landlords. WAPA's so unpredictable. Posting your budget would help.

You may have better luck working with a Licensed Realtor and lettting him/her know your requirements/budget as they can send you MLS reports of rental properties with photos that will suit your needs. They will know the right neighborhoods and areas to look in for your commuting needs as well and be able to answer other questions. Good Luck.

Also what area of STX are you looking?

IWe've loved living at the Reef for nearly 3 years... some of the units are stand-alone.... so it's like having a house in a gated community with trash, terminix, mail boxes, and a beautiful pool included. Don't write-off a condo.

as mentioned above, it is really rare to find anything with WAPA inclusive.

I'm looking for something East of C'sted.

I noticed some places I've looked at had electricity included or they had solar panels and virtually no WAPA bill. It's a preference only, of course it isn't a deal breaker.
