Our tropical home with beautiful ocean views and fruit trees is a perfect for your new home in St. Croix. Perched on a hill overlooking spectacular views of Buck Island. You will find a comfortable and quiet environment to live. Furnished 2 bedroom (king bed & queen bed) 2 bath house (tub/shower in one and shower in other, you will feel right at home. PLUS the guest house which is 1 bedroom (King bed) 1 bath (shower).
Houses are both one story with only a small step into the kitchen on the main house and two small step to get into the guest house. Cistern is under the main house.
New Kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
New furniture in the living room and bedrooms. New King bed.
New energy efficient air conditioners in bedrooms.
Roof just re-coated.
Cistern maintenance and cleaned.
Located in Cotton Valley (East End) east of Ziggy's store/gas station. Turn at fire station and go up the hill to property.
Owner will rent the houses for $1995.00. Deposit is one months rent.
Dogs on a case-by-case basis. Dog deposit is $250 refundable and $250 non-refundable.
Must have proof of income and good rental/mortgage history.
Must sign a 9 or 12 month lease.
WAPA to be turned on by tenant.
