I am married (18 yrs.) 46 yrs. old and work full time for the federal government in maintenance (27 yrs.). I have been taking care of a $1.5M property for the last year, but it has been sold. I am looking for a 2 bd. rm. apt/cottage (rent or partial rent ) in exchange for care taking/maintenance of your east end property. I have references available. Needed around April 1.
