I am now in the market for a furnished 1-2 bedroom apartment, condo, mother in-law qaurters in St Thomas. The only necessity,, other than being furnished, is a water view. I am a single, mid-twenties professional male. Good credit. Quite. Amazing. I am looking for a move in date of mid December and want to be in by Christmas. I have an obvious starting price range of $0 for all of you charitable landlords. The max price range is $1,000 including utilities.
