Gotta tell ya, though.....I have late May locked up for a couple of weeks.....Daniel is a dear island friend and I put in my claim a long time ago! I know he has 2 apartments, one of which is already rented - I am not sure if he is just using the other for people doing pre-move visits or if he will consider a longer term rental. Never hurts to put your name in the hat, never hurts to ask -

I may have a studio available in September. There is someone renting it now and I expect it to be empty August 1st. I might be using it myself for a couple of weeks but not sure just yet as to dates. Let me know later on if you get stuck. It is fully furnished, in Christiansted and reasonably priced.

Hi, Just got back from my first trip to stx, loved it stayed at the sandcastle on the west side. would love to find an affordable studio. I am 60 single, responsible, clean. need to be near the beach (Dorsch Beach) area
I want to retire @ 62 and collect social security, and relax live near the beach, i don't require very much,simplistic is my motto. I am also very handy, painting, and maybe offset the rent by doing things around this house, I am open to many suggestions, as this is exploratory. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
