have not heard much about how the turnaround is going.do they expect to be done this first quarter

Workers are coming and going. It is supposed to wind down in March be finished April

There are alot of workers on island for the turn around now. Many of them are staying at Carambola Beach Resort and in different hotels in downtown Christiansted. Bombi is correct that they are coming )doing their thing at the refinery) then leaving. Work is scheduled to be complete by mid-March.
